Task

Write a report based upon survey responses to your website.

Sections

• Introduction – give an overview of the research.
• Methodology – describe in detail how the research was conducted.
• Website Overview – describe the content and purpose of your website.  Illustrate this sections with screen shots.
• Results – describe the feedback you received.  Work out the average responses for each column and give examples from the text based respones.
• Analysis – reflect on the feedback you received and present general conclusions.  Discuss what needs to be done to redevelop your website.
• Conclusion
• Addendum – include a copy of the survey instrument and your spreadsheet of results.

Report Format

1. Cover page – Title, name & date.
2. Page of content.
3. Sections with headings.
4. Footer – name, title, page number
5. Illustrations – Figure 1 and so on with captions.
6. Use double spacing.
